Daniel Mendola Managing Director	Daniel is the original founder of Built-On Carpentry and remains the overseeing authority in the company. Daniel, a tradesman in his own right, draws on his extensive experience in the industry which covers both the commercial and residential sectors. With over 13 years in the building industry, some of his past projects include commercial work in the Sydney Airport, Westfield Shopping Centres and Sydney Olympic Stadium. His residential experience covers some of the higher-end developments in Sydney's inner west and northern suburbs. An accomplished estimator and quantity surveyor, his strengths lay not only in the planning stages, but also in the execution of the construction stage in areas such as scheduling, site management and quality control. Daniel is very much a hands-on director and is involved in all projects at all stages to ensure high quality and positive results.
Troy McCartney Director	Troy, as operations director, is responsible for the running and management of projects throughout the construction stages. A qualified carpenter by trade with years of experience in the residential construction sector, Troy brings high qulaity standard control, strict schedule management, material supply co-ordination and customer satisfaction to our projects. An accomplished project manager with qualifications in various areas of the industry, such as building supervision, demolition and OH&S management, Troy is an integral member of any construction project team. His "can-do" approach and excellent attention to detail ensures a stress-free, high quality result for our clients.
Sam Peake Manager	Sam is both a qualified building supervisor and experienced carpenter. His ability to manage the team, the schedule and the quality of work is integral in ensuring the team's co-ordinated approach to delivering consistently excellent results. Sam has extensive experience from minor additions through major renovations to entire new homes, which spans both Australia and abroad.  Sam is very self-motivated and goal-driven. He aspires to ensure a stream-lined, efficient construction process which minimises time, cost and stress on the client. As an experienced carpenter and building supervisor, Sam works side-by-side with the site team and handles site time management, construction method, finished quality and client and third party liaison. Sam is our down-to-earth " go-to-it" guy, ensuring the client's needs are met throughout.
Daniel Arends Manager	More than a qualified carpenter, Daniel is our resident craftsman. His attention to detail and pride in the final product help drive the team to consistently deliver a fantastic finished product. Daniel also has extensive experience in "from-ground-up" construction within Australia and abroad. His ability to assess construction issues and act upon them immediately ensures that the site teams produce the best possible result in the best possible time. As an experienced carpenter and site supervisor, Daniel also works side-by-side with the site team and handles site time management, construction method, finished quality and client and third party liaison. Daniel believes in going the extra mile to ensure a superb finish and complete client satisfaction on any project he is involved in.
Jean-Paul Acherberg OH&S Officer	Jean-Paul works closely with directors and managers to ensure occupational health and safety is an integral part of any construction project our team is involved in. He draws on his experience in both the construction and industrial manufacturing industry, both in a hands-on capacity on site as well as office based-management of projects, to manage the safety of our team and the public, and the security of the construction sites. Jean-Paul is available to all our clients to discuss any possible safety or insurance queries they may have. Site safety is of utmost importance to the Built-On team. To date no serious injuries or accidents have been reported. We put this down to our due diligence and safety-conscious approach.  At Built-On we believe that a safe site is a productive site.
